Topaz Heat Transfer Fluid is a specially-selected petroleum product formulated for use in open and closed, oil-sealed, heat transfer systems. Heat transfer systems of this type are widely used in industry where indirect heating is preferred for economic or technical purposes, and required temperatures are not obtainable with hot water or steam without excessively high pressure.

Application
Topaz Heat Transfer Fluid is recommended for systems operating at maximum bulk oil temperatures up to 316°C to 360°C and where minimum shutdown temperatures are not below –10°C. It is particularly applicable where high heat transfer rates or high flow rates at reasonably low temperatures are required. It therefore withstands repeated thermal cycling.
